I'm thrilled to announce that we've officially filed for FAA experimental certification for our Panhwar Jet prototype, which is set for its maiden flight in July 2024, expected to last a remarkable six hours. This is a major step toward achieving our mission of revolutionizing aviation.

Our journey has been anything but easy. We've faced numerous challenges and setbacks, but our resilience and unwavering dedication have kept us on course. Every failure has been a learning opportunity, bringing us closer to success.

This accomplishment is a testament to the incredible support from our dedicated team, fantastic investors, and supporters. Your belief in our vision has been our driving force.

From the outset, we understood that building an airplane would be anything but easy. Here's yet another testament to our unwavering determination: After finalizing our custom high-torque electric motors, our next challenge was to procure custom propeller blades for optimal efficiency. Despite facing silence from some propeller blade manufacturers and exorbitant cost estimates from others, we remained undaunted. We made the bold decision to forge ahead independently, driven by a desire to save both time and money.

The road was not without its hurdles; we encountered criticism and even mockery from naysayers who doubted our ability to complete the aircraft. Yet, here we stand, just 2 months away from our inaugural 6 hour flight, poised to shatter over 17 world records.

Our approach has yielded remarkable results: Crafting each blade in-house with carbon fiber costs us less than $30, a fraction of the $800 price tag for off-the-shelf options. But the savings don't end there. Every component, from motors to propellers, has been meticulously designed in-house, totaling a mere $5K – an unprecedented feat in the aerospace industry.

While we may be a modest team, we possess an abundance of fortitude and resilience, allowing us to challenge the norms and defy expectations. We take immense pride in showcasing our complete propulsion system during the forthcoming open days organized by Joe Ross and his team, and we eagerly anticipate welcoming you all.

Overcoming Challenges: Building Electric Aircraft Molds in Record Time and Budget

I've always believed that where there's a will, there's a way, and unseen forces will guide us. This rings especially true for our latest project.

With determination and grit, we were able to create molds for our electric aircraft in just four months for less than $50,000. To put that in perspective, suppliers had initially quoted us over a million dollars with timelines stretching up to a year. We're proud to say that we've overcome the challenges that industry giants like Boeing and Airbus have faced. Our success wouldn't have been possible without the support of those who believed in us.

Panwhar Jet's Thrilling Move to Skypark Airport: Expanding Horizons in Utah's Aerospace Hub

Exciting news, we have moved to Hangar at Skypark Airport in Woods Cross, Utah. Our engineering team has started work on our fuselage and propulsion system manufacturing.

Every week, we have new potential partners/ investors visiting us. You are more than welcome to come and visit us if you share a similar passion and interest.

Unveiling Panhwar Jet’s new awesome design after finalizing it’s propulsion system.

The aircraft would be propelled by 2 sets of 3 thrusters. The first pre-production aircraft scheduled to be manufactured in 18 months.

Two doors on each side will accommodate four passengers and a pilot, and large windows will provide a panoramic view for the occupants. The landing gear will keep the fuselage low to the ground, so that stepping aboard will be about like getting into a luxury aircraft.

Panhwar Jet is aiming to disrupt aviation industry with the use of groundbreaking technology to power and design the aircraft to fly for 2,000 Miles at the speed of 250 Knots.

Our mission is to deliver an aviation experience that is the pinnacle of innovation, quality, and safety to our customers. Panhwar Aircraft aims to be the global leader in business/personal aviation.

Last week, we had a productive meeting with Congressman Burgess Owens discussing how Panhwar Group / Panhwar Jet can support Utah’s mission of developing an inland port and transforming it into a zero-emissions massive logistics hub, alongside backing Utah's Winter Olympics in 2034.

Excited to share our vision with a fleet of over 1,000 all-electric long-range cargo aircraft and 52,000 electric vans, to transport goods affordably, efficiently, and eco-friendly across the Western US. Looking forward to his visit to our hangar at Skypark Airport, Woods Cross, and showcasing our innovative solutions to Congressman Owens' transportation committee in DC.

After three intense months, we’re thrilled to announce the completion of all components for our **remotely operated all-electric cargo aircraft prototype**! This milestone includes our custom-built thruster and specially designed blades—both engineered entirely in-house for optimal performance and efficiency.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be assembling all the parts to bring the prototype to life. We’ve already installed the thruster, wings, and internal structures, marking a major step forward in our mission to revolutionize logistics.

We just achieved a significant step forward with our thruster installation. After powering it on for the first time, we’re thrilled with the results – not only did it perform well, but it was remarkably quiet while running at 500 RPM. If this were a traditional engine powering a propeller, the noise would have been audible from at least 500 feet away! This breakthrough highlights the efficiency and low noise level of our technology, underscoring its potential for quieter, more sustainable operations in cargo logistics.

350 Pre-Orders Secured from a Leading Middle Eastern Food Company

Panhwar Jet is proud to announce a major achievement: 350 pre-orders for our cutting-edge cargo unmanned aircraft from a prominent Middle Eastern food company. This partnership underscores the trust in our innovative technology to transform logistics in the food industry by improving efficiency and sustainability.

Our drones offer up to 90% lower operational cost compared to fossil fuel-powered aircraft of similar size, thanks to our advanced electric propulsion system. This massive reduction in cost positions our unmanned aircraft as a highly profitable solution for clients, with the added advantage of selling flight hours as a service.

With the help of this Series A round of capital raise, we are strategically accelerating production and certification processes to get into revenue generation before the end of this year. This milestone strengthens our position as a key innovator in the global logistics sector and highlights the compelling economic and environmental benefits of adopting our technology.

Strategic Plans for a Major Logistics Hub

We are actively working on acquiring a 220-acre local airport to establish a strategic logistics hub. This transformative initiative is a core part of our vision to integrate unmanned aircraft technology into large-scale supply chain operations.

With our unmanned aircrafts' shorter runway requirements and remote operation capabilities, Panhwar Jet can get closer to communities, making it ideal for the Express Delivery Market across sectors like logistics, manufacturing, medical services, and disaster relief. This approach enables us to serve communities in a more affordable, faster, and time-efficient manner.

Funding from our Series A round will be pivotal in scaling production, expediting certification processes, and enabling this acquisition. We are actively surveying and engaging with state and city officials who are eager to foster innovation and economic development. The proposed logistics hub will solidify Panhwar Jet’s leadership in regional and global cargo innovation while creating opportunities for economic growth and community support.
